“It looked fine when I received, but 9 days later, it's not looking good. I planted it immediately in moist new house plant soil. This is my second attempt at pink witch. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I would like to order more of the unusual succulents, but not if they don't survive.”

“I received 3 very soggy very dead plants. I reached out to the company several times for some sort of compensation only to get nothing. Their website says 14 day guarantee and I reached out the day my plants came. I talked to 3 different representatives, 2 of which gave the same prewritten email as a response. The third person never got back to me. I asked for a replacement or refund and got neither. I will never order from this company again and will advise everyone I know not to waste their money as well. The picture of my plants speaks for itself. Worst online experience ever, very unprofessional company”

“I didn’t notice that this plant came without pot. So, I received the plant and had no pot ready and it was too late in the evening to go get a pot. Maybe highlight No Pot included.”

“I ordered three 4“ PLANTS. I received three 2“ bundles of CUTTINGS. A few of the cutting have roots; most do not. These were nearly impossible to pot up and I do not expect many of the cuttings will survive. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars ordering plants online and this is the first time I’ve received something so disappointing and so unlike what I actually ordered. I was frankly furious while trying to pot these. Photo is of a 6“ pot containing all the cuttings I received.”
