“I ordered three 4“ PLANTS. I received three 2“ bundles of CUTTINGS. A few of the cutting have roots; most do not. These were nearly impossible to pot up and I do not expect many of the cuttings will survive. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars ordering plants online and this is the first time I’ve received something so disappointing and so unlike what I actually ordered. I was frankly furious while trying to pot these. Photo is of a 6“ pot containing all the cuttings I received.”

“They are not doing well, they are turning yellow and not thriving. I just tried to transplant to new potting soil to see if I can try to bring them back. Very disappointing.”

“Three of the plants arrived dead. I contacted customer service and provided the picture they asked for but have not heard back. I followed the unpacking and indirect light instructions with the hope I could salvage them but no luck. Disappointed in first experience with customer service.”

“Very poorly wrapped for shipping. Did not add any packing beside the paper on the plant. They toppled end over end in shipping. Seller would not replace without a new purchase! Etsy refunded the purchase.”
