When I received this plant from shipping it was rap nicely, but when I opened the package, the plant was damaged. The plant look like it was dying and the branches of the little flower was mostly broken. I should’ve took a picture of it but I didn’t. I took the broken pieces and plant it by itself and hope that some will survive. I’m not sure if I will order this plant again because of the way how they ship it, I pretty sure it’ll look the same if I re-order it. I was really looking forward to this plant.

My plant is dying and contacted them and they just don’t seem to care at all! They just give you 7 days to see if the plant lives REALLY!

Second time I ordered from SD. This time around the cuttings were dbl the size from the first time which I was pleased about except pearls don’t look variegated.

My cactus arrived and one of the pads seems loose and floppy.not sure if I should pull it off and propogate or if it will be okay to just let it loose. I also paid extra for 2 day shipping but it took 5 days to get here and looks like it was shipped with a light parcel shipping from USPS which on USPS site says 2-8 days or longer. I wouldn't have paid extra for 2 days had I known. Most things come in 5 days anyway. So my plant is in okay condition but I probably wouldn't shop from here again because the shipping thing seems dishonest.

They were beautiful. A little wilted but that was on the carrier’s fault they were delivered late and the box was so damaged. I still have one that I’m nursing back to health.
