“I bought the ds scope it would not sight in at 50 yards. Sent it service center was told something is wrong with it will be 8 weeks plus to get it back. Customer service sucked no information kinda short with me about it. Asked if they could send me another scope to replace it or give card information to hold for a loaner scope. Was told no that’s when she got short with me. So I bought a $4000.00 scope only had a week wouldn’t sight in on two different guns a two different set of rings. Rings were $350 apiece so really a $4700 scope. Missed rest of hunting season to use it due to bought a defective scope. Thank God for luepold I was able to hunt rest of the season. Still waiting on lady to send me the information on the thermal unit information for this scope. It’s been since December since I called an asked for the info about the thermal unit.
