“Spectacular! Super clear edge-to-edge image. Perfect smooth focus function. Really comfortable multi-position adjustable eye-cups. 8.5x perfect for denser/wooded environment. Carried comfortably all day on a 3 1/2-day birding trip in May without a harness. I read some complaints about the "lift carrying strap pro" system, but I like the ease of adjustment while wearing the binoculars (you can weave the hanging cord into the rest of the strap if it is bothersome), and you never get "strap twist" from the cord due to the rotating connector. [If you really are bothered, you can get strap adapters that fit into the little strap hub button.] My only complaint is the absence of an included case--the included storage bag is inadequate for transport, even sitting in a car, so I fell into their trap and bought the excellent FSB bag. Great binoculars!”
