How's the Blade?
How are the Handle and Fittings?
the umbrella is rather small but stout and has some heft to it. the buttons are relatively stiff, the sword is very reflective . when it arrived it smelled absolutely awful and I had to store it in a well ventilated area for a week. It is not sharp at all. it cannot cut just about anything. looks fairly cool but am disappointed it was not sharp as advertised.

How are the Handle and Fittings?
Both the umbrella and the sword inside of it seem to be very high quality. The carrying case it came with is useful as it keeps the umbrella from becoming dirty while stored on the floor of my car. The umbrella opens and closes easily with a high quality mechanism, and the handle is wrapped in nice soft leather. It's a tiny bit heavier than a normal umbrella, which is to be expected on account of the sword function, but it's not unreasonable and it feels very sturdy. The sword itself is the only thing I feel could be improved. It isn't very long. I feel it could almost be considered an extremely long dagger rather than a short sword, and also it's not very sharp. But I guess it's long enough, and more than likely (hopefully anyways) will never actually be used. It certainly is intimidating enough and will likely give any hooligans or would be attackers cause to rethink their life choices. Like the umbrella it seems to be very high quality and is chrome plated and polished to a mirror finish. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase. If I were to recommend any changes it would be to make the blade longer and sharper, and possibly extend the canopy of the umbrella to cover three or four more inches of the handle to maintain more traditional umbrella proportions. But it's wonderful as is and the quality is top notch! :3
