“Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of the sword. The ebony cane with almost invisible seam looks gorgeous and the brass fittings too. Even nicer in person than it seems. And it is quite massive And sturdy. And that beautiful Damascus blade, springier than I expected, but not in a bad way. But with a few small things combined, the impression is not perfect. The blade has unsharpened parts, especially the lower half and the tip itself does not have a bevel but a flat edge. I can fix it, but I shouldn't have to and not everyone has those options. Unfortunately, the hilt does not fit perfectly into the lower part and the joint wiggles to the sides of the blade, so the blade rattles a little and the cane bends a little at the joint. And finally, unfortunately I received a longer version than I ordered. It is still a great cane, but my particular one is not 100%. But I have to commend customer service, they did a great job.”

“Wonderful detail and it feels very sturdy as a cane. My only concern would be that the blade is thinner than the usual sword (which is normal), but I'm not sure how it would hold up to impact. I've tried cutting paper only so far and its very sharp.”
