“When I first purchased the product from the seller I was extremely happy with both the price and quality. I left the product in its originally packaging until such time it would be needed. When I finally decided to use the product I noticed that one of the clasps holding that holds the tablet was damaged. I contacted the seller & even though I stated that I would send the damaged product back to them for an exchange, they chose to send me a new case. I then attempted to link the blue tooth wireless keyboard with my IBM/Lenovo Windows 10 Think Pad tablet but the keyboard would periodically disconnect. I again contacted the Seller for technical support both by phone & by email. The seller never answers the phone and never returns voice messages. Instead they only reply to emails and always just want to send out another unit for replacement. I do not want to continue to play email tag, I needed to speak to technical support to troubleshoot the issue. But the seller REFUSES to discuss the matter. Every other blue tooth device works with my computer. I got tired of the nonsense and went to Best Buys & purchased a Logitech K380 blue tooth keyboard and it works GREAT!!! The Seller is terrible when it comes to support of their product. I want a refund...”

“The case surprised me in how attractive and sturdy it is. The keyboard is easy to use, though it took a bit to realize that all you need to do to click on something was to slightly tap the mouse pad rather than depressing it. Once that was sorted out, it has been a pleasure. I havent had it long enough to know how the battery life is.”

“This looked as if it had been run over a few times. Box was fine, packaging was fine. Picker should be floflogged.”
