“Went to charge it, red light went on for a few minutes then went off. Wont charge, returned it and received a second one and that one did the same thing. Returned it, received another one, same issue. Returned it and purchased their model with lit keyboard. I received that model and that one...works perfectly. Ahhhhhh. Save time look for their model with the keyboard that lights up.”
