Taking Cara babies has literally saved me! I have learned so many tips and have successfully gotten my 4 month old to sleep for 10 hours with no “crying it out”. They also always answer my questions and provide additional guidance as needed. Very grateful to have found this class!

Wow, what a difference! Our worst night our baby woke up every 45 minutes fussy and wanting to be nursed to sleep. Now she goes to bed at 7, and wakes up at 7 the next morning! Sometimes she wakes up once in the night, but usually she just sleeps right through!

As a first time mom, I didn't know who to trust regarding sleep. How could I and the baby get precious sleep, and how could it be repeatable? I took a chance on this tiny PDF and it changed our family's lives. Easy to ready. A whole new world to understand about baby sleep - but doable. It covered EVERYTHING we needed to know + small tweaks or troubleshooting we might encounter. Baby now sleeps through the night consistently (we're going on 5 weeks!), parents are getting their sleep, and we all wakeup happy. I tell everyone I know to try TCB!!

We didn’t mind the approach to try to help our baby learn how to fall asleep more independently but the SITBACK method honestly just resulted in our baby working himself up and becoming more awake. Then, we would ultimately feed him, but he still wanted a full wake window before we could put him back to sleep. Almost made nights harder than if we would just pick him up immediately to feed.

This guide got us from rocking to sleep and contact naps only through to 100% naps in the cot, no rocking and baby falling asleep after being put down awake/drowsy. I’m so pleased with the transformation in my baby and I feel ready for the next steps in ‘proper’ sleep training.

When I had my first baby 5 months ago, I had no idea that some babies needed to be taught how to sleep on their own, and it didn't just come naturally. I had always heard "you can't spoil a newborn", so I held my baby for all his naps and did not set good habits. By the time my son was 3 months, he had already learned some heavy sleep associations and needed to be settled VERY frequently throughout the night. But TCB "Navigating Months 3 & 4" helped me slowly teach him to fall asleep on his own and set a good foundation for teaching him to sleep in his own sleep space once he hit 5 months. I wish I had implimented their newborn guide from the beginning so things wouldn't have been so tough. But I am thankful for finding them when I did!
