Excellent concept especially if you don’t want to carry & set up your own camp or want to camp - but with a bed. We were between campsites so was a break for us. Be prepared to carry in food, drinks, firewood, bedding, clothing, insect repellent. The tents are off a gravel trail so a wagon or cart could be helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The campsite and tent were very clean, and the setup was so comfortable and convenient. This was our baby's first camping trip and the amenities made things so much easier on us! Our host was super nice and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

Having a set up tent and a bed made our camping trip a lot easier! Sites are walk in, with B being around 1 minute in and I being 5 or 6. We stayed in Site C and it was a great site. The freight trains that run directly across the river are quite load, but we only had 1 each night. The drive down to the parking lot is a gravel road, but any 2wd sedan can do it. Just no lowered cars.

The site is just as pictured. It was a super relaxing place to stay! We arrived around 9pm, which made this place decently hard to find. Ask for a map from the CampKeeper, as the address provided in the email will put you in somebody's back yard. Other reviews for sites around this one mention the train, which was not that bad. It went by about four or five times a day and was relatively quick. The site is right on the river, but was pushed back from the main trail which gave it some nice privacy. We decided to bring a wagon last minute, and it was a life saver. Its about a quarter mile walk from where you have to park to get to the site. As of our stay on 10/15, there was a propane heater installed, however we could not get it to light. The adirondack chairs are screwed to the deck, so bring your own chairs if you'd like to sit around the fire. All in all, it was a great experience!

It was great, but there was no heater, and cold mornings! Otherwise very relaxing, peaceful spot.
