A perfect time of the year to spend a couple nights outdoor. The tent was amazing and it was right on the lake. The only complaint is having to walk and carry to load and unload. It was pretty difficult to carry all of our things with a toddler. There's a gate and a pathway, so it is accessible to pull up right in front. This would be the one reason that would keep us from coming back. Specifically for site G, the site is slanted so you can't sit around the fire in chairs. We loved everything in the area, and the deck the tent was on. Happy we visited.

Great park. Tent was very nice. Overall a fun experience. Something to know: trains go by just across the river about 3 times in the evening and 3 more times in the morning and once or twice through the midday. Sometimes the train takes 9 minutes to pass by. No exaggeration. It's fun if you like trains, but if you're hoping for "peace and quiet" it won't exactly be that. It's actually noisier than where we live, BUT we still had a great time. Saw a beaver and a bald eagle. The park lodge restaurant is excellent!

We loved the tent and area! We brought a fold up wagon which made carrying our stuff to the campsite much easier.

The man who helped us was great! But the drive up stated and the glamping expressed was a 7min walk and a train across the park.

Overall we had a fine stay but the tent is extremely difficult to find. Even with the map provided by the “camp keeper”. The Camp Keeper, I assume a local person hired by the Tentrr, was very kind and friendly! He met us by the tent and showed us around. What is really frustrating is that you have to hike 1/4 mile to the tent. No parking next to it. This is not stated ahead of time and we did not pack properly for this. Not to mention it was pouring rain for hours when we arrived. Now that we know what to expect, i think we’d enjoy another trip but there so definitely be more information provided ahead of time.

It’s a very cool setup. 2 downsides… very loud trains throughout the night & the road gate is locked so you will have to carry your gear pretty far to get to site.
