“Amazing location, host contacted via text message. Very peaceful, could hear the ocean waves at our site. No frills camping/ no water provided/ no separate bathroom, (other sites I’ve booked have had a few more amenities) but still enough to be comfortable.”
“We brought bedding pillows firewood food and water. The site has everything else we needed! Be aware that the site is further back on the property than some maps (Google/Apple) show. Walking to East sandwich beach was a highlight however, this was confusing, as the through pass is marked public on Google/Apple maps however the dirt road to the Beach parking lot is marked private. I would recommend driving or taking bikes to East Sandwich beach through the Norse Pines neighborhood. Overall - this was a fantastic summer camping getaway!”
“Great location. Definitely secluded, but close also close to historic Route 6A. A great base camp for doing things in sandwich and west Barnstable. East sandwich beach and sandy neck are close by. Dave, the property owner, was great. We brought firewood and water so we had everything we needed. We had a blast!”
“Had a little difficulty getting ahold of the owner but other than that everything was as said & it was a nice trip other than the temp & humidity being horrid which is why we left a day sooner my partner & I felt overheated & probably had heat exhaustion so we left in order to deal with those issues.”
“This campsite is amazing! The perfect place to connect with nature and recharge. The wildlife is abundant and the trails along the cranberry bogs are great for wandering. Within walking distance to the beach and a short car ride to stores and restaurants. The camp stove kept us cozy and warm for this winter weekend getaway. This was the perfect place to unplug from the Matrix and ground back into nature. We will definitely be booking again! David was a great host thank you for this amazing adventure.”
“We had an Amazing time Glamping on your 60+ acre property! The area was beautiful and sunny. It was very nice of you to bring us water and to call in advance, to come and watch as you and your crew were ready to harvest your crop. It was fascinating to me to see and walk around our very own (for the duration of our stay) cranberry bog. It seemed to me as thought your property was very well protected from wildlife, as we did not see any critters aside from the birds. I think I left my Dutch oven there by mistake. I guess others will use it well when they come to relax, enjoy and visit you on your Cranberry bog.
