“This site was wonderful! It was fully equipped and comfortable. The tent is extremely durable and kept us dry in the rain. It has great proximity to Ithaca, Seneca Falls, and numerous State Parks and hiking trails. Maria and Steve are excellent hosts with amazing communication. They are extremely accommodating, both before and during the stay. We highly recommend and would stay again.
As for the trail to the campsite, we clocked it at .35 miles long. There are significant climbs and descents in that short time. A flashlight after dark is a must. If it has been raining, there will also be 2 significant creek crossings. None of these things bothered us, but wanted to help future site users with our experience.”
“It met all our expectations. We enjoyed the entire experience. Host Maria was very helpful and accommodating. Great location for zipping in and out of Ithaca.
One thing to note -- the walk from our car to the campsite was a bit daunting, especially after dark. It takes 10+ minutes, and the path is pretty rough in certain parts. It's not suitable for people with any kind of accessibility issues.”
“This was a great weekend with my boys to head to the woods. The hosts were very helpful getting our gear to the site. Boys loved the hammock and the tent as well.
