“I loved my stay at Lake Genero! Fishing was really good, we saw a good amount of wildlife and the campground was not busy so it felt as if I had escaped. Exactly what I needed!”

The size of the campsite was way smaller than I thought from the pictures.
We had an incident during our stay where the cleaning crew thought we checked out and we returned to find our stuff gone. Thankfully it was in shed. To make it up to us, the owner was 'generous' to offer a free stay for 1 week night. (we live about 4 hours away). No thanks!”
Hey there Christina, thanks for your feedback here. Without honest reviews like yours, we don't know where to improve. We are sorry about the less-than-ideal stay you had at one of our campsites. Since your review, we've gotten in touch with the host at this particular site and addressed some of your concerns. They are aware of them and moving forward with future bookings, will be more mindful of the items you mentioned.
