Wonderful trip to the Terra Optima Farm Tentrr site!! We chose it because of the animals on the farm that the kids were excited about - various pigs, goats, chickens, cows, and Romeo, the farm horse. Cheryl was awesome - showed us around and provided plenty of local tips for things to do. The Tentrr site was private but well appointed with an outhouse and an upgraded air pressure powered shower. We got eggs from the farm and cooked them up over the campfire for breakfast! Short drive to Camden, ME and we also day tripped to Acadia! We would definitely stay again on our next visit!!

We had such a great stay at Terra Optima Farm. Cheryl met us and showed us to the site when we arrived which was great. She is very welcoming and down to earth. The site is 5 stars. It’s private, well-equipped and instead of a toilet inside the tent which you find at Tenttrr sites, there is a separate outhouse. The animals on the farm are awesome too. We highly recommend top to bottom.

Cheryl is such a sweetheart! Made sure we had everything we needed and helped us with a flat tire. We stayed a couple nights and did not want to leave! We wish we had more time! We loved this site and would definitely go again!

We had an amazing time staying at Terra Optima Farm. Cheryl was so welcoming and accommodating and made herself available to us for whatever we needed. We loved walking around the farm and visiting with all of the animals. The campsite was a short drive through the trees surrounding the farm with plenty of privacy and was in a perfect little clearing. We stayed two nights and spent our full day hiking up at Acadia National Park, which was an easy hour and 30 minute drive up the coast. My only regret is that we did not spend more time on the farm! Could not recommend staying here enough!!

When staying with Cheryl, you are not just staying at her Tentrr, you're staying at Terra Optima Farm. We were welcomed onto the beautiful farm with friendly smiling faces. After a tour of all the animals and where everything is located throughout the main farm area, we were lead to the very private site location. The tent is hidden away in a small clearing down a small forest road, so keep that in mind when deciding what type of car to bring, but it wasn't a problem for us (just might get a little dirty). After that, you're free to enjoy the peaceful site, roam the farm, say hello to all the amazing animals, or even lend a hand with some farming tasks! Everyone you meet who works on the farm is friendly and willing to help. But you're welcome to just keep to yourself as well. This site is perfect! A bit buggy, but nothing we weren't expecting. Plenty of bug spray, thermacells, and coverings will take care of that. The bacon and eggs were a must! Absolutely delicious. We opted for firewood as well and Cheryl provided more than enough. It was nice to not have to worry about it at all. Highly recommend the 40-minute drive up to Sandy Point Beach if you're looking for a quiet ocean beach. Just be sure to stop in Camden on the way back, a perfect little coastal town.
