“An amazing stay at a beautiful property.. secluded, private, quiet and a quick drive to Mount Greylock. Tent and site were perfectly maintained and clean.
Complete user error first night with the wood stove in the tent so definitely read the directions if you've never operated one before LOL.
Tim and Diana were super accommodating when our truck needed a jump and when we needed restocking of water and firewood. We had to leave a night early due to a family hospitalization and we were super bummed.
10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you, Tim and Diana!!”
“Birch Berry Pines was perfection. The gracious hosts made sure everything was accessible despite a full day downpour. Plentiful firewood, beautiful grounds & a wonderfully well kept site. Thoroughly enjoyable!”
“Beautifully maintained property with lots of space for games or relaxing. Hosts left lots of firewood and two 10-gal tanks of water for our use, which was a really nice touch. Our group consisted of two couples and hosts also set up second tent for us before arrival. We hiked Greylock, swam nearby, and enjoyed cooking and eating around the campfire each night.
Would certainly recommend!”
“Great site, great hosts, great location! Birch Better Pines exceeded expectations for us, we had everything we needed and then some. Appreciated the tons of provided firewood/starter/matches, having a few odds and ends such as tongs and bottle openers, and liked that the camp loo had its own tent space for some privacy! Would definitely recommend staying here - it's close to Mount Greylock for great hiking and not far from breweries and restaurants to check out if you feel like exploring!”
“This was a lovely campsite. It was even decorated with beautiful pumpkins and fall decorations. We camped with two young kids and it was perfect. We weren’t on top of another campsite so our kids could be loud and roam the property. We took walks in the woods and the kids found birch bark and acorns. We didn’t use the Tentrr tent since we had our own that we wanted to try out with the kids. However, the table and benches were a huge help to have for eating and prepping food. Overall, it was a successful first camping trip for our family all thanks to this wonderful camp site.”
