I agree with other reviewers. The view is 100 times better and breathtaking in person than photos. Book here without hesitation! Brian, the host, was kind, gentle and very responsive to all my messages. (Message him on the phone instead Airbnb messages!) We, three late 20s girls, stayed here during the labor day weekend. We saw lots of stars at night and the beautiful sunrise and the forest covered by fog in the morning. We won’t forget this beauty of nature. Tips: The temperature drops a lot at night. We highly recommend to bring lots of warm blankets and sweaters. (When we visited, one of the mattresses is an air mattress so extra blankets wouldn’t hurt you). Thanks so much Brian!

Beautiful, beautiful location! Really stunning to wake up to. I feel that Tentrr is a little over-priced, but at the end of the day the view makes it worth it. I especially enjoyed making up a fire in the fire pit (the host provided wood for a small fee). I didn't realize there was fire starter at first, but once I did it was so easy. If you want to boil water, you'll have to bring along supplies and a pot. Definitely make sure to arrive with plenty of time before dark to sort out your supplies, and get any fires up and running. Very memorable stay. Great communication from the host too, and opportunity to buy things at the farm store on the way out. Oh, and no cell reception at the site, or immediate 10 min drive vicinity (with T-Mobile), with is both ideal, and something to be mindful of.

The photos do not do this listing justice. It's kind of breathtaking once you drive up to the tent and take in the view. We stayed for two nights and did not leave the site as we wanted to take in the scenery every waking moment. Brian (our camp keeper) was quick to communicate with and provided everything we needed to make it a successful camping experience. It does get chilly at night (we stayed there in October) but the wood-burning stove kept the tent toasty, though you have to wake up to feed the stove overnight. If you don't want to do that, bring propane for the portable heaters. There are trails on the property that go for miles so you've plenty to explore. There is no cell service right by the tent but if you hike a few mins up the hill, you get coverage. If you bring a skillet or a pot to boil water in, the wood stove inside the tent can be used for cooking; if you are an experience pyro, you can also the firepit for cooking. Overall, we plan to come back to this site in different seasons to get a varying experience.

This is our second time coming to this Tentrr because we love the view and the hospitality from the family who owns the Tentrr. There’s so much land you can walk around and explore and the Tentrr, for a small fee, had everything we needed included! We will definitely be going back for a third time!
