Tentrr is your private camping experience. We connect adventurers like you with private landowners who want to share their land so you can experience new places.
“When we arrived at camp, the zipper was frayed and the tent wasn’t able to be closed. On top of that, the CampKeepers didn’t provide all materials as outlined in the welcome guide which forced us to go into town and find everything (would have been happy to do this before the trip, but we were assured we wouldn’t have to). CampKeepers didn’t provide necessary equipment to disassemble the bed and the nuts for the bed itself were stripped which didn’t allow for full debunking. CampKeepers provided inaccurate information about trash removal and indicated we were to leave our trash on private property that they didn’t own which led to an uncomfortable encounter with the actual owners of the property. Moreover, we were asked to check out two hours early at 10:30am (which, again, would have been totally fine) and the CampKeeper texted us at 7am asking if we had left yet. The site itself was lovely, but the experience was very poor!”
“Our camp keeper was amazing, the site was absolutely beautiful and serene, and our weekend away was just perfect - highly recommend this site and camp keeper!”
“Amazing site and experience. The pictures don’t do this justice - you feel like you are a world away from everything. The fireflies in the field in the evening were magical. The campkeepers are so helpful and thoughtful, everything you need is provided and they are responsive to every query. There is also a map in the tent with things to do in the area. Highly recommend and will definitely return!”
“We had a great time at Camp Coal Tree. Truly a great spot for a surprise birthday getaway. The site is open and lined with trees for privacy—perfect for start gazing! The ultimate plus was the short 20 min drive to the Delaware Water Gap, where we spent a whole day fishing.
The campkeepers were very kind. We didn't get a chance to meet Marshall but he was very easy to reach via text. On our way out we ran into Susan, Marshall's wife, and thanked her for a lovely stay.
The only downside of our experience was locating the campgrounds from the road. Do not drive through the horse ranch! We had a little bit of a light run-in with an unhappy rancher. I'd suggesting really studying the map provided in the email confirmation to avoid crossing anyone else property.
All in all it was a great experience.”
“Our Tentrr experience was amazing! The campsite was perfectly secluded along the tree line but with a huge open field in front. Our campkeeper even provided us with some additional firewood and other useful tools in the tent. Perfect spot to unwind, relax, and enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend staying here!”
“We had a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back. The field is wild open and there are beautiful trails in the woods for a little hike. We did surprise the farmer when we went hiking and he wasn't exactly sure what we were doing there, but when he got it, he warmed up a little. Only reason for a not full 5 stars.
Additionally, it's only a half hour from the Delaware Water Gap where we had fantastic hikes and swimming.”
