“John and his family were so kind! It was a great place to stay. We went wadding in a near by river and walked all over his land. It was beautiful and breathtaking. Highly recommend. It was nice to have a relaxing weekend. I think that our three days and two nights was the perfect amount of time. I recommend going into Margaretville which is about 30mins away. We were there 4th of July week and got to see fireworks and their fair. There town look very cute and I wish we would have had more time to explore.”

“Beautiful campsite with a beautiful view! The sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. Just make sure you are Well equipped, byo flashlights/candles, pots/pans, plates etc and definitely dont forget bugspray! The site is very secluded so you have lotsss of privacy ;) Breakfast at “the breakfast club” is totally worth the (short) drive they have a crazy menu!”
“Great location. Quiet with a great view of the mountains. Camp is next to a beautiful tree. We drove 2 mins down the hill and had a swim in the Delaware river. John the host was easy to communicate with and offered us all the help we needed. We had an excellent time camping here. Highly recommended.”
“Campsite was gorgeous (pictures don't do it justice!) and John was very nice and helpful. A few tips: get more firewood than you think you need, go to Buck Hill Farms for Sunday breakfast, go to Table on Ten for lunch/dinner”

This property is simply stunning with its view down the valley perched on an open field with the lone tree. Was easy to pull car right up to the tent and stove kept it warm. We are recommending the site to many of our own friends!”
“The photos on the website do not do this site justice! The views were absolutely spectacular! It didn't hurt that we were there at almost peak fall leaf viewing.
The site, tent and kitchen area was clean and well organized. John is welcoming and helpful.

“The place was as expected. Very clean. John is very responsive to messages. Will recommend it to all my friends. The only thing that I didn't like is the floor of tent because is open for all the bugs to come inside. It will be nice if the floor is covered with something. Maybe some people don't see this as a problem but I do because of my daughter. We enjoyed the view. The town and the ones closer have a lot to offer. We will come back during summer. It was really cold and we didn't buy enough wood to keep us warm for the whole night but our fault. We enjoyed breakfast at the Coffee Pot. Please go, the place is beautiful and the food is delicious. If you have kids visit the Catskill Animal Sanctuary is one hour away. Amazing experience.”
