“Great secluded location with access to trails and really nice pike path. The surrounding DAM/lakes are beautiful and can easily spend weeks there exploring...did i mention its 1 hour away from NYC. Host was available to help with directions, and camp was set up perfectly!”
“This was a lovely, very private location with a perfect clearing that provided the perfect balance of just enough shade and sun. Our host, Frederico, was awesome and helped get us acquainted. Our dogs loved it! It was all the greatness of car camping, without having to lug tents, grill, tables, or chairs. The tent(s) is huge! There's a beautiful fresh, clean swimming area only 25 minutes away at Clarence Fahenstock state park (we swam in the large fresh pond/lake there, rather than at Canopus Lake Beach, as there were much less people), and the quick drive there is lovely and you get beautiful views of the reservoirs.There's also a nice trail just a stroll away from the campsite for biking. Only 2 hrs away from NYC, and it was the perfect weekend getaway. This was our 1st experience with Tentrr and it was great! We hope to check out more, and definitely recommend Lopardo when you want to get out of the city.”
“Excellent campsite with all the necessities. The tents are fantastic and very spacious. We had some difficulty finding the site because we checked in late and it was dark but other than that it was a perfect trip. The proximity to NYC makes it ideal for a quick weekend camp. I would definitely do it again.”
