We are very sorry to hear that you had a less-than-ideal stay at one of our campsites. Since your review, we've gotten in touch with our maintenance crew. I have reached out to the Michigan DNR to edit their website to match what we provide at our Tentrr listings. We also have bought spray to keep away bugs from attempting to get into the tent. With the carpet placed on the floor and our bug spray, the bug situation is now under control. Thank you again for your feedback and hope for you to try Tentrr again!

“These tents are a great idea, makes sleeping arrangements much simpler. Hospitality (Lisa-camp site manager) was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about things to do and where to procure items we might need during our stay.
Camp site was furnished with prep table, table and bench setup, fire pit and 2 additional chairs .
Camp site/ground area was not very level however.
This park is very nice and well kept. Minus few points for no showers. However for a small fee you can visit a nearby rec area and use their shower facilities.
I would definitely try the TENTRR option again, the "other" campsites looked great too. Definitely be back sometime. Happy camping!”
