This is a clean and comfortable canvas tent in your own very private location deep in the host family's Christmas tree farm. Sturdy bunk beds, chairs on the deck, as well as an outdoor shelter with its table, grills, fire pit and some complementary amenities - plus an outhouse, solar shower, etc. Walking trails and a nearby pond, watch the sun rise and enjoy. We had breakfast nearby at the Windsor Diner and enjoyed the day at the Animal Adventure Park. Thanks very much for a pleasant stay!

That unique location we were looking and hoping for on our 8th Anniversary to bring peace, solace, rejuvenation and a welcome disconnect from the outside world... this was IT! All these magic moments: from the lightning bugs during an actual lightning storm, to the breeze swaying the growing corn at sunset, or flocks of yellow birds decorating next season's hopeful Christmas trees of the farm; with ponds to swim and float, or just sitting by roaring fires going over favorite memories from last 8 years; I remember thinking this... this is a run on sentence ...no, thinking this was heaven on earth for a few days getaway. Joel and his wife were just the greatest human beings. They were welcoming and kind. In Vermont, where we live, we definitely know our way around our "mud & stick" season but when I sunk my car in the knee high mud around a distant pond after a rainstorm...Joel, without a moment's hesitation or judgement, saved the day with his tree farm tractor and ingenuity. That man is one of a kind with generosity, humor and kindness the likes is rare to be gifted to meet even once in a lifetime. Thanks for everything, to you Joel and your amazing wife! We hope to stay again in Autumn! Best, Dan & Serena

This was a nice site. Given it was a rainy weekend, the sauna and pond were a nice activity. Given it was mid-October in Binghamton, it was 75 degrees the first night and 45 the second so we should have opted for the tent heater (hindsight).

My family and I had such a serene and humble experience at this location. My 7 year old son loved the campsite. The campsite was placed at a perfect location. Christmas trees surrounded the campsite and the farm with such beauty. The camp keepers were so helpful and made it great that they were nearby. They had such a beautiful camp site, where we walked around the campsite and found ourselves nestled within the rest of the woody area and took a little hike trail around the farm. They also have a really beautiful spot right up a hill from the cot where you can catch the view of the beautiful sunset, and overlook the area around you. The camp keepers were so humble and nice enough to offer us corn on the cob as well. We've done tentrr before about 3 years ago (2017) and this site topped off our previous experience. Not much to do around the camp site. However, being at the campsite was swell enough to keep us entertained. The best part of the campsite was the grill. We didnt have to worry much about the way we needed to cook because the grill provided all the assistance we needed, in addition to, the campsite is stocked with utensils, water bottles, water gallons, really cute mugs, hot cocoa and more. I can go on about this site, it was truly a gem. I recommend it a bunch of times if i could, and we will def try to go back. Our son loved it!

This site is an absolute must stay. Joel and Deb went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. The site itself has beautiful views and if you walk to the top of the hill, they have two Adirondacks set up to watch the sunset. We arrived after dark and Joel was kind enough to guide us to the site and show us around. They even provided coffee for the morning and a s’mores kit for the evening! We had originally planned to leave the farm and go on a few hikes, but instead spent the day exploring the farm. There are a ton of wonderful trails for us and our pup to enjoy. Joel was very responsive when we had questions. Also, be sure to stop by gift shop! We will absolutely be staying here again.
