“I had the pleasure of staying at this site over Memorial Day Weekend. The campsite is gorgeous (the photos don't do it justice), and my stay was a welcome respite from all the craziness of the city these past few months. So great to spend some time in the outdoors after months in quarantine! Scott couldn't be a more generous host, and he made sure that I was all set even when I arrived late at night in the rain. The trail map at the site was really helpful to get my bearings around the property, which is enormous. And even though there were folks staying at the other campsite while I was there, I only saw them once when I was hiking (the sites are perfectly secluded from each other). I hope to be back again this summer!”
“Absolutely beautiful spot. We had a great time hiking along bear creek - their property has miles of pretty trails. They can be very rocky and steep in places, so sturdy boots and strong ankles recommended. The swimming hole and waterfall was beautiful and felt great after a long hike. Scott & his wife were so kind and welcoming! They kept a shed stocked with everything we could possibly need: extra camp chairs, board games, cooking supplies, the whole nine. We couldn’t have been happier with our weekend.”

“My boyfriend and I stayed here the first weekend in October, It was a chilly weekend, but Scott and his wife were incredibly accommodating, responsive and made sure we had a heater in our tent and extra blankets. The campsite had EVERYTHING we needed. The location was incredibly peaceful, quiet and a true weekend getaway! In addition, there were a number of trails, which were beautiful and included a waterfall and rock formations that you won't find anywhere else. We will certainly be returning next year!”
