What an amazing place to stay! The owners are so sweet and super helpful. It did rain on us one night which made it hard to start a fire- but the owners have a shed where you can easily rent and use pots, pans and even propane stoves (a live-saver)! There were chairs to use for free that gave us comfort, and the land is *beautiful*. Just what we needed to relax and unwind in nature!

Scott and his wife were great. They explained everything and gave us great tips for hiking the area. We had a great time even though we only stayed for one night. We will definitely be coming back for a longer time in the spring.

My friend and I booked this site for a weekend getaway so that we can both just spend some time unplugged and enjoying the outdoors. Scott has two other sites aside from this one but they are all far enough apart from each other that we did not hear any noise carry over. The site was extremely well stocked with some essentials that we needed, to the point that we both felt like we had overpacked for our stay. Scott really thought of everything! On his property are some hiking trails and a beautiful creek that runs through it with 30 waterfalls, big and small. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of flowing water is just icing on top of the cake. The hikes weren't strenuous and there were some amazing views if you made your way to the top. We ran into Scott and his wife during our hike and they are just the most genuine and kind-hearted people. One thing I wanted to note is that there are ticks in the area so definitely make sure to bring ample bug spray and to check yourselves often! I definitely want to visit Scott's site again, especially during the warmer months when you can really take advantage of the water. If Scott's site is on your list to consider, I would definitely recommend it!
