“Serena was a wonderful host and the campsite was beautiful! It was a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful creek and swimming hole with a campfire and picnic table setup that made it the most beautiful spot for a campfire dinner. Even though we felt like we were in the middle of the woods (in a wonderful way!), we were only a 5 minute drive away from town and 10 minutes' drive from fantastic local ponds and lakes. My husband and our dog could not have been happier. We had the best of both worlds...beautiful nature walks and fun times exploring local farmers' markets and neighboring towns. Serena was so kind and communicative before and during the booking process, she even stayed up late to check us in when we got stuck in thunderstorm traffic on the way in. Her property is stunning, and we were so thrilled to have had such a brilliant weekend away from the city. Couldn't recommend enough!”
“Had an awesome weekend getaway from the city at Serena's. The campsite is on a beautiful piece of property with a swimming hole and lots of trees that provide a sense of privacy and seclusion. Another great thing about this campsite is how close it is to the town center and things to do in the area. After hiking the nearby Appalachian Trail or exploring the different towns in the area, do yourself a favor and have a nice dinner at the White Hart Inn in Salisbury. Such a relaxing way to spend a weekend, would definitely come up again!”
