Tentrr is your private camping experience. We connect adventurers like you with private landowners who want to share their land so you can experience new places.
“Great camp tucked away on a private lot. Bring your bug spray! The deer flies are plentiful. The space was well equipped with a fire pit, port-a-potty and bbq grill that you could use wood or charcoal in. The tent buttons up pretty well, but we still had a fair number of bugs. If I booked again, I’d bring a light mosquito net to hang over the bed while sleeping. The beds were cozy and linens were provided.”
“Fantastic luxury camping! The tent is part of a family run campground but off in its own part of the property. Best of both worlds to have the convenience of a bathhouse (impeccably clean, free hot showers), camp store, and water with plenty of privacy, peace, and quiet. Beautiful meadow, swimming hole, and dark skies right at camp and so many waterfalls, hiking trails, and things to do nearby.”
“The bathrooms were clean, the showers were hot and we were helped to the max with any questions we have! We felt like we were super remote but with the luxury of facilities and supplies near by!”
“It was magical and perfection! My grandsons loved every minute of our stay. They explored for hours in the meadow and the river. The Tentrr site is completely by itself and we had a blast cooking and building fires! We hope to return next year!”
“An absolutely beautiful setting with dark, starry skies, a beautiful meadow with monarchs, chipper birds and cheery crickets, a great inviting sandy beach and river, and wonderful hikes along waterfalls and the Appalachian trial just minutes from our site. Our host was so very friendly and the site was charming - complete with flowers, decorative throw pillows and all the comforts of home. The fact that it was associated with a campground (although still separate enough to be private) was an added bonus - especially with the bathhouse and the small well-stocked camp store. We can't wait to return. Would recommend it highly to all.”
“Lone Mountain was everything we were looking for. Although Lone Mountain farm is a rather large campground, they put the Tentrr site alone, away from the hustle and bustle. Tom and Corie were so nice and accommodating. The river with the sandy beach and clear water was refreshing and relaxing. This is a MUST revisit for us.”
