“The host was extremely nice. The bottle of wine left was a nice plus. The view and location was great. However, in our opinion the tent itself was inhabitable. From the outside it appeared nice, but once inside, there was an unexceptional amount of mold on the ceiling, and as I know there will obviously be spiders, the amount of spiders and spider webs inside the tent was unsettling and unsafe due to the fact that some were poisonous and you could tell that the tent was their home rather then ours. With that said, our two teenagers felt safer to sleep in the car. Other then that it was fine. We still had our own huge tent that the rest of us could sleep in.”
“Overall a great experience! The site had more amenities than listed which was nice, but would have been good to know ahead of time so we didn’t pack as much (bedding, paper products etc.). There are hanging lights which were a great addition and created a cozy vibe as well as a hot tub and fire pit. The host left a bottle of wine which was a nice touch that made us feel welcomed! The location next to the water was exactly what we were looking for and our dogs had a great time as well. Beware, there are other sites available for rent very close by, we were lucky enough to be the only ones there at the time as the privacy advertised was what we were looking for.”
“Awesome camp site. There's stream running 10 feet from the the tent. It was so peaceful to sleep hearing the water flowing. This is an amazing spot to be in nature, make some good food, and sit around a campfire. At night time, there are hanging light bulbs that give the place an awesome ambiance. My fiancé and I had an unforgettable time!”
“Nice camping spot right along the river with lots of added touches. Grill with propane, hot tub, covered area if it rains all add to make your stay great, rain or shine!”
“Beautiful camp area. It was quite and peaceful. This site had more amenities than expected (electricity, running water and plenty of outside games). Our dogs had a great time.”
“It is a very beautiful campsite, situated on the creek and very, very lovely overall. However, I suggest contacting the campkeeper to make sure that the nearby RV (100 ft or less away from the Tentrr site) is not rented to another group, because apparently this is not double booking if you're both there... Besides that snafu with another couple showing up (who were upset that we were there despite our booking here), it's a very beautiful site and we would've loved to go back. If you can confirm that you truly have the privacy and seclusion, it's very worth it!! Also, a warning to be extra diligent about ticks in this area.”
