“Woodland site that really feels secluded! We bought the bedding and coffee packages and had nice sheets and a comforter as well as a basket with plates, bowels, mugs, percolator, paper towels, TP, coffee, oatmeal, salt, pepper, creamer, firestarter log, 2 pots, lighter, and a great map of the surrounding woodlands for exploring a nearby stream and abandoned church, as well as some books about the history area. The site was clean and well maintained. There is a small wood burning stove in the tent. The fire pit is surrounded by logs, but we brought our own camping chairs.
The site is also nice as it's not too far from nearby Beacon and we stopped on our way at Fishkill Farms (10mins away by car) to pick berries and fresh veggies.”
“We had a great experience. Everything we needed was provided and the Camp Keepers were prompt in their communication and helpful. It's a beautiful spot that feels very secluded and private. Nearby Beacon has great coffee shops and a wonderful farmers market.”
