We had such an amazing time! Michael was a great host. He met us at the top of the road, followed our vehicle to the campsite and walked us around explained the amenities. The campsite was JUST as described and just as peaceful. It was exactly what we needed and we plan on going back again soon.

Came here with 3 of my college friends and we had an amazing time! The family that owns the site was so welcoming and helpful. We brought two kayaks along with us and were able to spend a few hours relaxing at a nearby reservoir at the recommendation of the campsite owners. The actual campground was perfect- very clean and comfortable. We paid the extra for the Beeyard Tour and it was 100% worth it. I can’t recommend enough!!

If we could leave more than 5 stars we would! My husband and I have two dogs and find locating campsites where we can all be together rather difficult. Fairly last minute we found Tentrr and then Mikes Creekside Thyme campsite. Their property is stunning. All of the accommodations made getting out of the city for a few days so incredibly easy. Mike was kind enough to use his tractor to take our belongings down to the site, since our car didn't have enough ground clearance. Everything is so private and relaxing. Our pups were able to stretch their legs and explore. We opted to lay low and cook all of our meals on site but there are plenty of things to do around the area. Next time we will be sure to go on a bee tour with Mike. Our last morning we were pleasantly surprised when Mikes sister brought us hot coffee and cream. It was a lovely way to spend our last bit of time at the site. We would love to stay for an entire week and plan to be back as soon as possible. If you stay at Creekside Thyme you will not be disappointed.

If you are looking for a quiet, secluded getaway spot - look no further, this is it! Summary: Host is great. Campsite and items provided by host exceeded expectations. Location is ideal; right on the water, super secluded and quiet, deep in the woods, and great for easy hiking. Close proximity between tent, fire pit, and water, which was nice. Perfect for dogs, especially dogs who are not good with other dogs. Didn’t encounter another person the entire visit, except for one neighbor across the creek driving on an ATV (didn’t bother us). Not muddy. Lots of ticks. This was our first Tentrr experience, so we were a little nervous, but I felt immediately at ease once we met the host, Michael. Michael is extremely welcoming, kind, and easy to deal with, but also perfectly unobtrusive. He met us upon arrival and walked us through the site, making sure we were comfortable, then wished us well, and waved goodbye for the rest of our visit. They provided lots of extras at no charge, like a propane stove, firewood, paper towels, lanterns, trash bags, water, toilet paper, etc, which made the experience easier. We loved that this property has been in their family for generations, and felt like we were helping to keep that tradition alive. The property itself is beautiful. We were hoping for a Tentrr location right on the water, in the woods, and private enough for our two dogs to roam free, without worry of running into people or other pets. This location was absolutely perfect. The forest is dense, but the foliage is not thick, so the visibility is great. Our dogs were able to run through the woods and swim in the creek all within our view from the campsite. As a bonus, despite all the rain we have had this year, the campsite and woods weren’t muddy at all! We were able to hike around in sneakers. We saw a few deer on our hikes, but did not see any other wildlife, or have issues with animals in our trash. Please be aware that there are a lot of ticks. Overall a great experience, and a perfect break from city life. Highly recommend.

AMAZING! From beginning to end. The campsite was truly breathtaking and Mike, the camp keeper, made it even more special. Tentrr made for an incredibly easy and unique first-time camping experience for our small children. The two queen mattresses was an added bonus and our family of 6 fit in the main tent just fine. There are a ton of things to do near this sleepy town and the bee tour is an absolute must! Thanks Creekside Thyme.
