“Fantastic views, privacy and amenities. Nearby the coast, but feels farther removed inland.
Camp host Jeff is extremely nice and has wood to buy and free advice on all else.
Will be back!”
“Overall this is a gorgeous site with generous and lovely hosts. The land is incredible and couldn’t be more private. The hosts had lots of spot on recommendations for things to do in the area.
The only improvement that could be made is the port a potty is right backed onto the tent and we could smell it while trying to enjoy the fresh air. It didn’t seem to have been serviced for a while.”
“Although the listing mentions Beth’s Farmer’s market, I cannot say enough about what a delight this is a half a mile away from the campsite. Free coffee in the morning, gorgeous produce, delicious strawberry shortcake which we had every morning for breakfast and on the weekends they make wonderful jerk chicken. We spent one day on Monhegan island, taking the ferry from Port Clyde. We drove to Birch Point State Park for a morning at the beach which was about a 20 minute drive from the campsite. Fun trip!”
“We were pleasantly surprised with our first Tentrr experience. This property is very peaceful and the set up was even better than described in the listing. We generally stick with primitive camping but we were equally happy to not have to set up camp after a late arrival / breakdown on the morning of departure.
Jeff was communicative and responsive when we needed assistance but not pushy or in our space.
Overall, it was a great experience and we will be checking for availability here before going elsewhere on future visits to the mid coast.”
“A great camping site.
Bring your own camping gear if you want to cook. And bedding.
The tent is great. it rained all night but we were dry and comfy.
We enjoyed food from.Moody's diner and Beth's farm stand.”
“The Tentrr was cute and a great place to stay in the woods! It had a lot of privacy from others and the fire pit with chairs was an awesome bonus. It’s not right on the water like we had hoped, but still nice open views of the woods. Definitely looking into other Tentrrs in the area to check out!”
