“We had such a fun time! The tent is beautiful and clean, the camp toilet was such a huge help, and the site itself is gorgeous: beautiful meadow overlooking a small pond. The campkeeper was very helpful and easy to reach. There is a larger lake on the campkeeper's property that you are welcome to use. We also loved the amenities nearby, especially the local farmstand!”
“We had a lovely one night stay at the Pond Site Paradise. We didn’t get to meet the camp keeper as we arrived in the early evening and were up and out in the morning but the sight was lovely. Just a note for future campers, the directions are a bit off as the main house is actually on the opposite side of the street as the mailbox and road which takes you to the site.”
“Absolutely beautiful. I was very happy with this site. Jeff was very nice. I would recommend this location without any thought. If you want to get away for a weekend and enjoy nature this is the place to go.”
“My wife and I had a wonderful time at Pond Site Paradise. We arrived just after a rain storm, the clouds broke just as we got a fire going in the tent. With the faint smell of smoke in the air, we spent the afternoon relaxing by the wood stove while the deck and chairs dried in the late afternoon sun. The winding access road continued into the property that allowed for elevated views of the camp. The evening was spent overlooking the meadow to one side, and the Camden Hills on the other. We had a wonderful time and will look forward to returning again.”
“We had a really nice stay at Pond Site Paradise despite the fact that the site was not right on the pond. Sat back, across the street from the old farmhouse on a beautiful large, private field. Land owner was very helpful with local resources and offered an easy access onto pond for kayaking. We were the first “campers” so everything was brand spanking new. The actual Tentrr supplied bed was a bit wobbly, I’d be worried if kids were to stay on the top portion but otherwise made for a super easy camping trip. There is a great farm nearby, Beth’s, if we had known sooner we would have ordered lobsters to go and ate at site instead of going out to eat in Union, ME. Overall great experience!”
