“The campsite was super comfortable and in a fantastic location, just steps down to the water which was really nice for swimming. Really a nice site. The road is about 5 mins down a rutty path, definitely need a vehicle with some clearance. I had a Subaru and was fine. The only thing I’d say is the owners have a boat and a dock at the site. One night some guy just showed up at the camp to pick up his friend he had been out sailing with. They had docked the sailboat out on the owners dock. But I just wasn’t expecting that!”
“This site has so much space and everything is thoughtfully spread out. The views were incredible. Don't forget bug spray as the black flies are pretty intense around low tide, but worth it for the fun and tranquility. We can't wait to come back.”
“We had such a wonderful time at Medomak River Farm! The site was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young children. With the river only a short walk away, there was plenty to do between swimming and rocky beach exploration.”
“What an AMAZING campsite and experience!! My wife and I brought our 3 small children (All under 5) and the site could not have been more perfect for our family, The Bunk bed was great for all of to comfortably sleep, and there was even private area for us to shower right in our campsite. The View is beautiful. We watched the tide come in and out from our comfy Adirondack chairs on the platform, and we explored the shoreline at low tide for shells and clams. The fishing here would be incredible and relaxing. The local area was beautiful and everyone we met was so nice. When we ventured out, we spent part of our day exploring the Maine State aquarium about 40 minutes away, and some of the freshest local seafood we have ever had. Everyone at the Medomak River Farm were very welcoming, and offered TONS of info for anything local. Heidi left us a dozen farm fresh eggs which made breakfast fun and easy. We tried their homemade soap and face scrub as well and they are incredible. The bed sheets and pillows were a great add-on option, as it was nice to not have to pack bedding and bring it with us for the whole family. We had a blast, and plan on making Medomak a place we visit every year; and we cant WAIT for our next Tentrr experience!”
“It's rare to get to enjoy solitude by the coast in the summertime, but this place lets you have that experience! We really had a lovely time sitting and having a fire by the water, wandering the beach at low tide, and going for a morning swim. All without seeing a soul. Would definitely stay here again.”
