Perfect location and great host! I would highly recommend this spot for a great getaway along the Delaware River. The site easily fit our group of 7 people with 2 additional tents. Easy river access for kayaks or fishing. Our host had everything waiting for us when we arrived. We will be visiting again!

In late October 2020, My wife and I, and another friend, booked 2 Tentrr sites for a long weekend. The location is quiet and peaceful, and being right on the river was absolutely stunning. Being late fall, the weather was a chilly, especially at night. With our bedding, the campfire, the woodstove in the tent, and the very sturdy tents, we were quite comfortable. We loved our weekend here, and are looking to convince more friends to come with us for next time!

We had a family reunion of sorts; 3 of us came from Albany, 2 from Brooklyn and 2 plus dog from Philadelphia. The location was perfect. We camped at this site October 16-18. The foliage was at peak color and the setting was beautiful; right on the Delaware. Thomas was very attentive to our needs and had 2 extra tents set up in addition to the main tent; each with a double and twin blow up mattress. The main tent had a comfortable bed; a rug, an electric and wood stove. There were torches lit and the campfire was going when the younger folks arrived which was pretty late Friday night after work. My husband and I came down on Saturday. There was plenty of wood for the campfire and stove; a large work table in front of the main tent; and a "kitchen" area with a 5 gallon water bottle/dispenser (which was refilled from Thomas's place on sunday); plates; cutlery and basic utensils. A little further from the main tent was a large screen tent with a large table for eating. There were several plastic chairs provided for the dining table as well as the campfire. We brought chairs but did not need them. We also brought lots of blankets and sleeping bags and used them all as it was a cold weekend.. The main tent was toasty warm with the wood stove and electric stove but we forgot about Thomas's suggestion to bring a duraflame log and when the fire in the stove burned out at 4AM we woke up cold; but quickly warmed up after re-stoking the fire. I loved the tent with the bucket toilet and toilet seat; warm; clean; no odor; supplies and hand sanitizer in quick reach. We walked in both directions along the river and down to the river to take in the beautiful views. We also did a lovely hike up nearby Tusten Mountain before heading home. The only negative to this site is that it is close enough to the road to hear the cars and frequent racing motorcycles; also there was a group further down the river setting off fireworks; which apparently is not uncommon in this area. The noise died down by 10 or 11. Overall we had a blast and it was a great way to get together during the pandemic. We hope to return on a summer weekend when we can take advantage of the river rafting and tubing.
