“This was my second time staying here, and I loved it both times! It's perfect because it's not too far from Boston, but it still feels very remote and secluded, and it's great to be in the lakes region. I did a nice hike close by that originated from Gunstock - Belknap Mountain, which was great! I highly recommend this site for a lovely escape into nature!”
“Westlake farm was lovely. The alpacas were as adorable as you could imagine and the wild flowers surrounding the camp sight were a beautiful site to see against the backdrop of mountains and the lake. We were not able to meet James but he left us a lovely note that he would not be on site. As for the camp site itself, it had all the components as listed, our only issue was that the tent was moldy. Would suggest the tent be replaced for future campers.”
“This review is specific to the Tentrr, and is not a reflection of how friendly and accommodating the hosts themselves were, as the tentrr site was unfortunately one of the less well kept locations we’ve stayed at. Important to note, the toilet was INSIDE the tent (in the corner of the tiny space), so I’d recommend being super comfortable with your travel companion if you’re traveling with one. Though we’ve stayed at other more water/weather proof Tentrr’s, it rained during our stay and the rain water seeped into the tent, creating wet floors, soaking our luggage, and also dampened the toilet/toilet paper etc. The shower bag wasn’t set up for the outdoor shower and the set up was stored hap hazardly under the bed, while the air mattress on the bunk bed was lumpy and quick to deflate. The land, however, was absolutely beautiful, though construction work on the premise made it nearly impossible to get to and from the site. The neighboring farms were stunning though and made the adventure more worthwhile.”

“Location is great and it’s a very secluded campsite. The host was great and assisted us when we arrived late to find the tent. Very private and quiet environment. Make sure to bring bug spray and keep checking for ticks!”
