“Matts arrived within the advised time and are as expected however the picture edge colour advertised does not match the actual matt edge colour. The matt edge is very light pink and not the darker pink as expected. Disappointed it's not as expected.”

“OK the mats are acceptable at the price, although the stitching where it curves around internal bends on the driver side is not the neatest I have ever seen. But what drags the score down to poor is the communication channels with the company. Apparently there was a delay in receiving fabric from a supplier, but they did not inform me. No obvious way of ringing the company when you think your order has gone missing. Took 2 e-mails to get any clarification.”

“I purchased mats for my fiesta. They fit amazing and stay in place well. I purchased premium mats, however they feel like your standard quality mats that you can get anywhere else. Feel like I would have got my money’s worth spending a bit extra. I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth with the quality of the mats. I am upset with the customer service too. They arrived a week late. I had to keep chasing it up, no one notified my of why the shipment was late. I was never given a proper aplology. Once the problem was dealt with, I feel like the mats should have been sent for next day delivery as they were already 4 days late, however they were sent via standard delivery and were a further 3 days late.”

“The carpets are going to be fitted today so I cannot rate them better than Acceptable until I have used them. The service was awful. Took 13 DAYS to deliver against a promise of 3-5. No response to my 'Where are they' communications”

“The customer service is very bad. Tried to contact by email 3 times. No reply. There is no telephone number to ring. Stand delivery 3-7 days. The mats did not come for 12 days! I only asked the question when would they arrive even now still no reply from company. The mats are good but not service.”
