“This is one of the best bikes you'll ever own. It handles like a 250 and motors like a cruise missile. It's a bike bike and it's b why but you only really notice if y I have to move it about slowly or in tight spaces. Otherwise you can ride it all day. I rode round the north of Scotland and spent 9 hours in the saddle. No problem.
Great bike. Only gripe and it's a motorbike thing not a zzr thing - replacment parts are seriously expensive.”
“This is one of the original hyper tourers. Though it is definitely more hyper than tourer. There isnt any space under the seat at all, no hand warmers, bars too low. Once you get boxes fitted and bar risers hand warmers fitted then you can also tour on it.
As far as the hyper part goes, WOW. From new there was a bit of a flat spot around 4500 rpm. A power commander sorted that out and now there is almost 200 bhp to play with.
As long as you have good tyres this bike can loon around with the best of them, my sliders are testament to that. It goes and stops really well and is as reliable as Honda. Even though its a Kawasaki.
Throught its 9 years the only porblem i had was the main earth on the left side being rubbish. Adding a wire over to the right side cured this and nothing else has gone wrong.

Ive not used the bike for touring yet or two up but im sure with the power and gearing it w ill be all that I expect and am looking forward to this area of its use.”
