“Absolutely stunning!! I bought the bike without trying it first, just based on looks, statistics and price...and of course, other peoples reviews!
I cover a lot of miles, on all types of road and the ZZR, for an all round package, beats them all. The engine is awesome, just open the throttle in any gear and it just pulls....and keeps on pulling until you either run out of road, bottle it, or get caught!
Although the bike has plenty of weight, it is surprisingly good round the twisty bits, whilst it is not as flickable as the litre class of sports bike, it is more than capable of allowing you to scrape anything that you may feel the need to scrape...and remain composed and sure footed at the same time. The brakes have masses of feel and are superb. I am delighted with the bike in all respects and when the time comes, I may well replace it with the same, it really is that good.”

Fuel economy is OK but it is a big engine and depends on how far and fast you twist the throttle
Response is immediate with no lag and can get you out of tight situations immediately (you know the ones with 'white van man' not paying attention or ladies on mobiles etc etc etc)
I have had many Kawasaki's ranging from ER6F, ZX6R Ninja, Z1000SX, but this bike tops the lot. All have been good bikes but I would not swap and go back to any of the previous models.”
