This is the 3rd bike I've owned and it's the smoothest ride I've ever known. Not so much as a pillion but as the main rider I can't fault it. If it won't start then it's always something extremely simple like the spark plug or battery. There's never been any mechanical issues at all. Ever. Comfortable top and bottom end travel. Keeps up on motorways with no issues at all. Ease of handling, light enough to be thrown around a track with ease and yet very stable. Balance is great, no pressure to use your body weight to hold it up unlike others I've had that are near side heavy making for bad riding and back pains. The Yzfr r125 is big enough to give more road presence and with it gives riders confidence, sleek and sporty design, swift responses to get you out of situations swiftly, safely and if you do have a knock the bike just keeps going afterwards too! (From experience of being hit by a car in September she was up and running again straight away and got me home again!) My bike just doesn't give up! She's a good girl and may we have many more years of riding pleasure ahead of us. Love my yammy!

Truly an amazing marvel of a bike! Yamaha did them selves proud with this one, the bike itself is reliable, spectacular to ride and of course great to look at! A real head turner. I'd recommend anyone to get this bike whether its your first bike or you're looking for an upgrade, if you like sports bike that are made for corners and speed, this little beauty is the one for you.

Its a 125cc so limited to 11kw, but although it wont break the land speed record, it will touch 70mph on flat whilst carrying 17 stone, and it gets there quick! excellent in corners and braking. looks as good as it performs, best 125cc in its class, by a mile! Bomb proof!!

The R125 is the first bike I've owned. I love it and would highly recommend this bike. The performance, handling, reliability and economy are amazing and it looks better than any other similar style bike out there. Buy one you will not regret it.

Fantastic bike. My second 125cc. The throttle range for such a tiny engine really surprises me everyday. I can accelerate easily through to 70 every morning on the dual carriageway to work. It feels really light and nimble filtering too. The only 125 I've ridden that made me question my purchase was the KTM duke. The position was better. Power delivery was smoother and it had a clock and gear indicator. All things I would have loved to have. The yzf does look better and dealer support was a big seller for me. 0% finance sealed the deal. Ridden through winter no problem.
