“Had an initial panic on opening the cardboard box as it smelled quite fishy and there was Leakage. It came from the plastic box the scallops were in. I called the company and they advised this sometimes happens and to wash the scallops, making sure they weren’t slimy etc. after doing this we cooked them and they were nice. And No sickness ensued!”

“Excellent quality. So fresh, that we cut off the roes, sliced the scallops, dressed them with lime and herbs, and ate them raw. Had the roes next day in a risotto. A wonderful treat, with the quality we’ve come to expect from Wright Brothers.”

“Delicious but no matter how many times I wash these, there is always grit! Also when delivered the plastic container was slightly open so some feedback to the team packing to ensure its completely sealed”
