“A bit wet in the packaging but succulent scallops”

“Not well packaged. 2 miserable ice packs and 3 boxes of scallops arrived room temperature. Cost £76. Sent an email last week no response yet. Concerned that the scallops may have caused food poisoning as not cold enough and therefore not eaten. Unlikely to order again any fish or shellfish. I had ordered previously frozen carabineros prawns and no issues. This time I was really let down.”
