“Must admit I was nearly put off by the price, these are not cheap; but so glad I went ahead because what arrived (with next day free delivery) was not only excellent quality but HUGE - and beautifully prepared so I didn't even need to check for pin-bones.”

“This was larger than I expected, so I trimmed a bit off so it would fit in my large poacher. Poached with court bouillon it was delicious, and the salmon fish cakes we made the next day with the leftovers were fantastic. Finally, we had the piece we'd trimmed, and that was wonderful baked in the oven with dill. Loved every bite of it!”

“Amazing pack,but one complaint. We were supposed to get beetroot cured gravalax as one of the items. This was replaced with more smoked salmon. As we had already ordered a whole side of salmon, this was a waste and hasn't been eaten as yet. Shame”
