“This beats anything I’ve found in supermarkets. I cut it into portions and freeze for easy freezer to oven cooking. Only thing is I normally wash seafood before cooking so I haven’t worked out whether to wash the whole side before cutting or wash the frozen portions before putting in the oven.”

“Just wow!! Shame there’s not a rating higher than “very good”. Again so fresh and delicious. It was better than Michelin star restaurant fish”
