“Incredibly fresh and delicious seafood with very large portion sizes just for 2 people. We ate the mussels with sweet potato fries one night then we ate the seafood platter the next day and still have 18 crevettes left in our freezer for another meal. We made lobster bisque with all the shells left from the platter so we effectively had 5 meals from this!”

“Great presentation and very generous amounts of shellfish. Explanatory notes very clear and the inclusion of the oyster shucking knife is a great touch. The only part of the box that we were disappointed with was the cooked lobster. It was chewy and not particularly pleasant to eat.”

“This platter was more than we had expected - even though we had watched the video on the Wright Brothers website. We had been advised that our mussles would be substituted by clams and we received the best vongole veraci I have ever seen outside of Italy. The crevettes were enormous and very tasty. We had fun learning how to open oysters. They were very freash and meaty. We saved the lobster and crab for the second evening. I think we will probably order these once a month and it will last 2 of us for 3 meals.”

“Disappointed not to get mussels although understand why not. However a choice would have been a more satisfactory outcome and some discussion rather than seemingly take it or leave it. (you did tell us) Lobster was disappointing being very wet and watery. Oysters and prawns excellent fortunately. Not really the celebration event we were hoping for.”
