“The mussels were packed in a tub - with a good expiry date, already debearded and cleaned, 6 mins, steamed in wine, as per the Wright Bros recipe and you have the most delicious meal or good sized starter for 2. I have already ordered again - next time I am going to try the cream sauce version.”

“We’ve found that it’s best to cook them on the day they arrive or the next day. They’re of good quality with only one ‘dead’ in the batch. Better than from local fishmongers.”
