“have aready emailed you to advise almost 1/3 of the mussels shells were broken and quite a few others didn't close. The ones that were unscathed were extremely good”

Hi Anne, I'm very sorry to hear so many of your mussels were broken. This is not normal and it sounds like they may have been damaged in transit.
