Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise that the oysters received were not up to our usual standards. As the oysters are supplied already packed in their boxes, due to health and safety regulations we are not prohibited to open the box. Furthermore, as advertised on our website, due to being a fresh caught product, occasionally we might have to replace with item(s) of equal value. However, we have passed your feedback on to our team who will be looking into this with our supplier to ensure that this doesn't happen again. “First time ordering these from Wright. Quality. Good sized, well packaged. Prepared using Oyster Rockefeller recipe. Delicious! Enjoyed by the whole family. Ordered again as my regular treat. Being a mum is very hard work, and I need this boost”
