Hi Pauline, Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that the oysters received were not up to our usual standards. As the oysters are supplied already packed in their boxes, due to health and safety regulations, we are prohibited to open them. However, we have passed your feedback on to our team who will be looking into this with our supplier to ensure that this doesn't happen again in the future. “First time buying oysters, followed the Wright Bros video for shucking, cooked on the BBQ. Absolutely amazing flavours and much easier than I thought it would be.”

“these were huge and very tasty, put them on the bbq. the only snag was we ordered 3 dozen for Father’s Day and only one dozen came which might make me a bit reticent next time.”

“4 of them were open. I wasn’t sure if they were safe to eat. They did not close when they were tapped. I tried to call to get advice but there was no answer.”

Hi Kali, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise that the oysters received were not up to our usual standards and you could not get a hold of a member of our team. As the oysters are supplied already packed in their boxes, due to health and safety regulations we are not prohibited to open the box. We highly do not recommend consuming any oysters that are opened in the box. We have passed your feedback on to our team who will be looking into this with our supplier to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
