Hi David, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that the oysters arrived opened. As they are supplied to us sealed in their boxes, we are unable to check the contents of the box as due to heathy and safety regulations we are not permitted to open the oyster boxes. However, we can assure that this isn’t a common occurrence. “once again, top quality but some of the oysters were not packaged as the previous time so it meant that some of them had no liquid.”
