“Really enjoyed this dish, the flavours were wonderful and the quality of the salmon was high. the added tarragon sauce was a great compliment. I did suffer from a 'soggy bottom' pastry. So recommend you heat the oven tray first.”

“Absolutely delicious. Fabulous crisp pastry wonderfully pink in the middle. Lovely sauce. Such an easy meal to have on hand for having friends over for a drink!”
